Where an issue arises requiring additional specialist advice, the Group has recourse in-house to nationally recognised specialists in their respective fields including Commercial Property, Property Litigation, Construction, Charities, Pensions, Planning and Environmental.



The Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Group is by some distance the largest corporate recovery practice in the North East of England and is comparable in size to all major regional Insolvency and Corporate Recovery teams. The Group is also permanently represented in York and Yorkshire from our York office and acts for many Southern clients from our London office.
