- Alex joined the Firm in September 2005 having previously worked in London for Allen & Overy and then as head of the pensions practice at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert. Alex has comprehensive experience of the pensions aspects of a wide variety of significant and complicated domestic and international business transactions. In addition, he has advised extensively on pensions projects work such as scheme mergers, closures and wind ups. Alex also leads the Public Sector Pensions Group and has advised public sector organisations and employers on a number of complex issues. He has lectured on courses for the Association of Pension Lawyers.
