- Andrew is an experienced trusts and estates lawyer with a national and international client base. He is a partner in Dickinson Dees’ Wealth Management department where he has practised for approximately the last five years.
Andrew’s experience includes six years working for Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Leeds and two years working for Appleby in Bermuda. Andrew has always specialised in trusts, wills, tax and related advice to individuals, trustees and companies. Particular specialisms include advising corporate trustees and other companies (e.g. insurers) and advising business owners both in the local Newcastle market and in London.
Andrew has spoken at IIR conferences, CIOT seminars and in-house events. He has also provided training to corporate trustee and insurer clients. He is a frequent contributor to publications including both the press and in-house publications. Andrew represents Dickinson Dees (Trust Corporation) Limited in its membership of The Association of Corporate Trustees (he attends quarterly private trust committee meetings).
