Expertise

    Deborah specialises in all aspects of banking work and in particular acquisition finance and property development finance work. She also has experience in treasury and general bank and funding facilities. Deborah became a partner in the banking group in 1999, since when she has worked on many large scale banking projects handled by the firm, in particular development finance transations, and has dealt with major finance facilities from the point of view of both the borrower and the funder.
    Deborah is included in the latest editions of the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as a leading individual for banking law in the North of England.
