- John is head of the property department, and a member of the Property Finance team. The team works closely with the significant resources of the construction and non contentious banking teams and sits alongside the Commercial Property Investment team.
Work undertaken by the team includes a broad range of instructions, from the funding of/taking security over residential investment portfolios, the funding of the acquisition and development of commercial property portfolios, the redevelopment of higher and further educational facilities, through to major infrastructure projects, commercial developments and brownfield site regeneration.
The team incorporates fee earns who provide cost effective support to the funding of SIPP acquisitions and buy to let funding allied with the use of TT and innovative products to provide a competitive edge on pricing.
