    Libbie is a Partner in our Property Development team and advises on all aspects of land acquisition and disposal. She advises developers and operators in relation to the property, minerals and structuring aspects of remediation, brownfield development, extraction waste management and other major projects. Libbie has extensive experience in acting for minerals and waste management companies and developers and in leading teams to provide cohesive property, planning, environmental, commercial and tax advice in relation to all aspects of landfill, waste management restoration and aftercare. Libbie has wide experience of setting up mineral/waste management projects including all aspects of arranging royalty rents and royalty payments due after sales of freeholds. Libbie also has related experience in acting for developers and landowners in a wide variety of major development projects including options, interdevelopers agreements, joint ventures, exclusivity agreements, all aspects of infrastructure agreements and structuring complex land assemblies and disposals.
