- Nigel specialises in corporate transactions and advisory work. This includes takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs as well as joint ventures, company formation and corporate regulatory matters. He had advised for many years on the Listing Rules, AIM Rules and the Takeover Code, as well as general corporate legislation.
Nigel has worked with substantial private as well as public companies on a wide range of issues. He advises on both sales and purchases of businesses and companies and on regional, national and international transactions, including joint ventures (structured as companies, limited partnerships or limited liability partnerships).
Nigel’s experience ranges over many industrial and commercial sectors, including transport, property, utilities and the service sector, including IT and telecoms.
Nigel advises on complex commercial agreements on a wide variety of subject matters. He is also heavily involved with the charitable and not-for-profit sector and has formed and advised many charitable companies. He has a particular interest in the arts.
