- Paul’s practice spans a broad range of corporate and finance transactions.
He has a particular emphasis on infrastructure projects, and has extensive experience of advising on a variety of transport and energy projects.
On the corporate side, he has advised a number of major domestic and international companies on a range of corporate matters. This includes advising on:-
• acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses,

• regulatory issues (Stock Exchange and Financial Services Authority),

His leasing experience includes transactions involving rolling stock (rail), bus fleets, car fleets, and industrial plant and machinery.
His project finance experience includes transactions involving toll roads, biodiesel processing facilities, train maintenance depots, water distribution networks and liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities.
