    Paul’s practice spans a broad range of corporate and finance transactions.

    He has a particular emphasis on infrastructure projects, and has extensive experience of advising on a variety of transport and energy projects.

    On the corporate side, he has advised a number of major domestic and international companies on a range of corporate matters. This includes advising on:-

    • acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses,

    • public takeovers,
    • regulatory issues (Stock Exchange and Financial Services Authority),
