    Peter has over 12 years’ specialist experience in private equity work. He has advised NVM Private Equity Limited on over 80 separate nationwide private equity investments. Peter has also acted for other venture capitalists and major banks involved in private equity investments, development capital and management buyout transactions.

    Peter has also advised both the public and private sectors on PFI transactional work.
